It’s almost that time! Beginning Valentine’s Day, Feb 14, 2020, the Rock & Roll Jubilee hits the stage again for 3 shows – Fri, Sat & Sun! Tickets are already selling fast, so don’t wait – make plans for you and your sweet somebody to do a little time travelin’ with us, back to the early days of both rock and roll ❤The R&R Jubilee returns as part of the Cultural Arts Center’s Center Season concert series for 3 nights – Feb 14 (Valentine’s Day!), 15, & 16 (matinee show on Feb 16). Journey back to 1958 and be a part of the studio audience for the live broadcast on fictitious WJKS radio as it channels the spirits of the founding fathers of rock n’ roll into a great evening of music. Local favorites Craig Evans, Brad Tucker, Brian Sulser, George Garrett, Jim Wark and BJ Kocen take the audience on a musical journey with memorable songs from the Titans of Teen Town: Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison, The Everly Brothers and Ricky Nelson. The Jubilee includes 1950s’ period advertisements, skits and lots of laughs and surprises. You won’t want to miss this cavalcade of cool!

“SHINY & BRITE”, The Taters holiday show is coming to the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen for 3 socially-safe shows on December 18th, 19th and 20th. Featuring music from their first-ever holiday album, SHINY & BRITE, the show has a bit of everything the Taters have to offer, and that’s no small sack of toys! North of the James Magazine had this to say about the album, “The Taters have just released their first-ever holiday CD, and it covers all of your holiday listening needs in traditional Tater style. It’s called “SHINY & BRITE” and one might even call it a holiday sampler, just like the variety boxes of colorful Shiny Brite Christmas decorations. Those Taters are known for their sampler-style shows; actually, that’s the beauty part about them.”
